The focus is on the posture and returning the spine to a neutral position, in order to relieve unnecessary muscle strain and tension. In this class we move and focus on fluidity and control. We breathe deeply to center our minds, and to enhance the use of our deep core muscles. Strengthening your core is vital for a taller, straighter posture.
"Core" does not only refer to your abdominal muscles, but it relates to the core muscles in your arms, back and legs also.
This class is for all levels!
Suggested Props: 2 Hard Blocks and 1 Soft Block
