The focus of this class is on the spine through a series of twists, forward bends and extensions in order to relieve and "floss out" unnecessary muscle strain and tension in order to "free the spine". In this class we move and focus on fluidity and control. We breathe deeply to center our minds, and to enhance the use of our deep core muscles.
This class is for all levels!
Props: 1 soft block or blanket for knees (optional); 1-2 hard yoga blocks (optional)
