Maa was created from our belief that yoga, the unity of mind, body, spirit, and heart, allows one to nurture oneself as a mother does for her child.

“Maa” means mother in hindi. Yoga is a practice for wellbeing of the mind, body and spirit, which originated in ancient India.

Love and be kind to yourself and then you may extend that love from within out into the world. With this philosophy, our studio was created.

Our studio was created with grounding elements in mind, with a vision for passion and the love of yoga. Maa offers many styles of yoga for everyone to experience at any stage in their life. The benefits you will receive are endless. We encourage you to have an open heart and allow yourself to find your yoga within.
