Gentle movement yoga is ideal for beginners, anyone recovering from a past injury, and a great compliment for active lifestyles and athletes.
This fusion movement class will include yin, gentle stretches, restorative, somatic yoga and yoga nidra. With focus and attention, students are able to strengthen the body-mind connection, reeducating the brain and nervous system to release muscle tension.
