Nancy Kerr
I began practicing yoga in 1994 while I was living in Los Angeles struggling to become an actress. What began as a purely physical endeavour evolved into something deeper and more substantial. What attracted me to the performing arts is the same thing that gravitates me towards yoga. It is a very tangible way for me to feel connected, within myself and amongst others, and thus, to feel my life more acutely as I live it.
I believe yoga accepts all, no matter where on the road you are. I teach Power and Vinyasa Flow and my classes serve beginners and seasoned yogis alike. Within the structure of correct alignment and the ease of the breath work, I promise you an open, safe environment where you can connect, sweat and even have a laugh or two. I look forward to being a part of your journey.
